This pattern is from Simplicity, 8421, for misses pullover blouses. This is an uncut pattern in sizes 8, 10 and 12. It is for stretch knits only. The pattern is in great condition but the envelop has a few spots on the surface. The envelop says: Top stitched tops have self drawstring thru casing. V 1, 3 and 5 have set-in sleeves. V 2, 4, and 6 have extended shoulders forming cap sleeves. V 1 and 2 have bateau neckline and pockets. V 3 and 4 have V neckline. V 5 and 6 have self ties at keyhole neckline.
