This is a Simplicity 9719 sewing pattern. It is an uncut pattern in size 16 for a blouse with variations. The pattern is in excellent condition. The outside of the envelop has some light staining. The description reads: Button-front blouse has forward shoulder seams and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 1 has tucked front and small rounded collar with lace edging. V 2 and 3 have front gathers. V 2 has narrow pointed collar. V 3 has purchased lace collar.
