This Simplicity pattern is number 2001 and probably dates to the 1950s but I could not find a copyright date. The pattern is for a girl's blouse in size 8, breast 26. This is a cut pattern but all the pieces are present and in good usable condition. The envelop description reads: The blouse front features a button closing and gathers at the shoulder. In Style I, ruffling outlines the front band and Peter Pan collar. Style II has a convenient convertible collar and a patch pocket. In Style III, lace or embroidered edging trims the neck, front edge and sleeve band. Style IV is fashioned with a pert tie collar and monogramed patch pocket. (Monograms are not included)
