This sewing pattern is Simplicity 4480. This probably dates to the 1940s but I could not find a copyright date. The pattern has precut pieces with die cut markings to identify the pattern pieces, typical of this era. This is for a girl's dress in size 6, breast 24. The pieces to this are in usable condition but the sleeve pattern was cut to the short sleeve version so you would have to add an extension to make the long sleeve one. The envelop on this is yellowed with age and torn along all edges. The description reads: The fronts lap and button from neckline to hem. The neckline may be collarless or finished with a round, detachable collar. The fronts are gathered below the side fronts for skirt fullness.
