This is a vintage 1970 pattern from Simplicity, 8834, in size 12 bust 34. This is an uncut pattern in great condition. The description reads: Blouse V 1, 2, 3 and 4 with back zipper, high round neckline and set-in sleeves may be worn with purchased beld. Button trimmed V 1 and 2 with short sleeves feature contrasting neck band. V 3 and 4 with long sleeves hae bias roll collar. Sleeveless and collarless tank top V 4 and 5 have back zipper and low round neckline.
