This Butterick pattern is 6085 issued in 1988. It is for a set of four variations of woman's blouses. The envelop contains sizes 12, 14 and 16. Some of the pieces have been cut to the size 16 but the markings for size 12 and 14 are intact. All pieces are present and usable. The envelop is intact but has water type stain along one side. The description is: loose-fitting double breasted blouse has notched collar, shoulder pads and above elbow sleeves or long sleeves with button cuffs. B: stitched hems. Loose-fitting pullover top has mock neckbands and pocket. A: dropped shoulder, shoulder pas and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems. B: cap sleeves with stitched facings. All have narrow hem.
