This Simplicity pattern dates to 1983 and is number 6018. It is an uncut pattern in size 8, bust 31 1/2. The pattern is in great condition but the envelop has some tears on the edges. The description reads: Buttoned front shirt has notched collar, extended shoulders, yoke and center back pleat. V 1 and 2 have pleated front pockets with pocket bands. V 1 has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 2 and 3 have short set-in sleeves. V 2 has contrasting pocket band, collar, yoke and cuffs. V 3 has front patch pocket. V 4 has optional loop and button at front neck edge.
