This pattern is Simplicity 9489 issued in 1980. This pattern according to the envelop is "Misses pullover dress in two lengths..suitable for knit or woven fabrics. Top-stitched dress gathered to yoke has button-front band and band with ties stitched to gathered waist. Front band and band at waist have optional diagonal top-sttiching. V 3 and 4 have long sleeves with slightly dropped armholes. V 1 and 2 are sleeveless. V 1 and 3 are short length. V 2 and 4 are long." This is a partially cut pattern but all the pieces are present and usable. The envelop had sizes 6 and 8 but some of the bodice and facing pieces were cut to size 6 (skirt is uncut.)
