This is a costume sewing pattern from McCall's. It is number 4618 for a jumpsuit that can be customized by adding the appropriate ears to the hood to create various animals. This is a cut pattern. The envelop originally contained child sizes 1, 2 and 3 but the pieces were cut to size 1 so you would have to extrapolate from the cut pieces to get a larger size.
