This is a silverplate soup spoon made by Rogers IS. I believe this pattern is called Starlight and was issued in 1950 but I included a close up photo of the end for positive identification. This is 7 3/8" long and in very good condition free of pits and heel wear with lots of shine and only gentle scratches from minimal use.
