This is an older Kwik Sew pattern, 1283, for a toddler sleeper outfit. The pattern was never used but the envelop flap was cut off and there is some wear on the outside. The inside pattern is in new shape, unused. The pattern has markings for sizes T1, T2, T3 and T4. The description says: Sleeper has raglan sleeves, center front zipper opening which extends on one inside leg seam, neckband and cuffs from ribbing and elastic at ankle. Patterns for appliques are included.
