This is a nice solid brass bell and eagle design. This stands about 7" tall. The eagle is mounted on a pole/stand. The bell is attached to the eagle's mouth. There is no striker in the bell: it rings by the bell clanging against the eagle stand. This is in great shape. The bottom sticker says. "Crowing Touch Collection."
