Here is Simplicity 5727, an uncut, factory folded pattern for a set of blouses. This is in size 7/8, bust 29, junior miss. The pattern is in excellent shape but the outer envelop has some yellowing. The description reads: All views have front band button closing, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and to buttoned cuffs and top-stitching. V 1, 2 and 3 have long sleeves. V 1 and 2 have front and back self bias ruffles in princess seams. V 1, 2 and 4 have collar band. V 1 has ruffles at collar band and cuffs. V 2 has collar and ribbon bow. V 3 has tucked front yoke, lace trim, wing-tip collar and ribbon bow. V 4 has front ruffle, short sleeves and lace trim.
