This is a McCall pattern, number 5519. It is a factory folded pattern in new condition. This is in size 16 (bust 38). The envelop description says: Loose-fitting blouse have shoulder yoke with forward shoulder seam, shoulder pads, long sleeves with a mock sleeve placket and modified cuff or short sleeves; view A or B has a double fold front placket which conceals button closure and optional decorative machine stitching.
