This sewing pattern is Simplicity 7745 for a man's shirt in neck size 17, chest 46. This pattern was issued in 1968. It is a cut pattern but all pieces are present and in good condition. The envelop shows a little yellowing. The description reads: Sport shirt pleated to yoke has forward shoulder seams, front button closing, convertible collar, slits in side seams, set-in sleeves and optional top stitching.
