Here is McCall 5241, a sewing pattern from 1991. This is for a set of misses summer blouses in sizes 6, 8 and 10 (bust 30 1/2, 31 1/2, and 32 1/2 inches). This has a few pieces that were cut to size 10 leaving the markings for sizes 6 and 8 intact. All pieces are present and in very good condition. The envelop is missing the top flap. The description reads: Misses' set of loose fitting blouses with jewel neck with and without collar; view A has shoulder yoke and stitched down front pleat; views B, C have purchase trim; front pleat variations for D, E; all have back neckline slit with button.
