This cross stitch pattern leaflet is called, "Art of Cross Stitch Simple County Classics." This is a three page leaflet. It has a sampler with a bottom right section that can be lifted onto a pillow as shown on the bottom left. There are also two country "window" scenes--one with a wagon and one with chair and quilt. This has no internal markings and is in good condition.
