This sewing pattern is Simplicity 5849 issued in 1964. It is an uncut pattern; though some of the pieces were separated from each other they were never cut. This is in size 16 1/2 bust 37. The envelop says: Sleeveless dress with round neckline, back zipper closing and self fabric or purchased belt has an A line skirt with front gathers and back darts. V 2 has braid trim. Lined jacket with side front sections has below elbow length set-in sleeves, collar and optional front button closing. Jacket V 1 has ribbon trim. Jacket V 2 contrasts dress.
